Yes, your money is completely refundable up until you look at the room and sign the lease.
Once I receive the 60 day notices from existing tenants, I will know which rooms are available. The first people on the waiting list receive priority.
Your rent is due on the 1st of every month
The damage deposit covers our expenses to repair your apartment if you engage in destructive behavior during the year.
If we find the apartment in the same condition in which it was given to you, you will receive the full amount of your damage deposit.
Bison Block offers one reserved parking spot per apartment. Other passes may be purchased through NDSU Parking Office (T-Lot).
We allow tenants to be substituted, provided that all the tenants agree with the person moving in. An addendum would need to be signed by everyone.
